- Peanut butter( chunky or smooth, your choice)
- Sliced bananas
Spread a thick layer of peanut butter on a whole wheat tortilla. Place a banana at the center of the tortilla and tightly fold it. Cut it into small bite sizes, and you are good to go.

- A slice of bread
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- Cream cheese
