Forget tucks pads and even putting your peri-pads in the freezer. While I was in the hospital, the aid who took care of me made this amazing cooling pad that helped my healing process and pain. It was simple and only required three things. If you gave birth vaginally or by c-section as I did this will help you feel better while at home after leaving the hospital. All you need is some newborn diapers which you’ll already have and ice. At the top of the diaper where it meshes together make an insert and place your ice cubes in it. Then all you need is a mesh underwear that you’ve collected from the hospital and your diaper which will be used as your peri-pad. This is a great way to feel to help with your c-section and vaginal pain.
